Yes, but only before work has commenced. Email orders@backlinkindex.site immediately after placing your order (within 2 hours) with your change request. Once link placements have started, we cannot modify the target URL or anchors for that batch, but we can apply changes to any remaining unplaced links.

Orders of 1,000–5,000 links are typically delivered within 24–72 hours. Orders of 5,000–10,000 links take 3–5 business days. Orders of 10,000+ links are delivered in batches over 5–10 business days with daily progress email updates. All delivery times are from the moment payment is confirmed.

Your delivery report (Excel/CSV format) includes one row per backlink: live placement URL, your target URL, anchor text used, Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), estimated monthly organic traffic, Ahrefs "First Seen" date, spam score, and live/indexed status confirmation. Some reports also include the niche category and country of the linking domain.

First check your spam/junk folder for an email from support@backlinkindex.site. If it's not there after 72 hours, email us at support@backlinkindex.site with your order reference number (found on your receipt email) and we'll resend the report within 1 hour.

If any link in your delivery report goes dead, gets removed, or cannot be verified in Ahrefs within 30 days of your delivery date, simply email support@backlinkindex.site with your order reference and the affected URLs. We'll replace all affected links within 72 hours at absolutely no cost. No forms, no disputes, no hassle.

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order and work has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. Once link placements have begun, we cannot offer full refunds as third-party editorial commitments have been made — however, if we cannot fulfil your order in full, you'll receive a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.
