If your report has not arrived after 72 hours, contact us at support@backlinkindex.site with your order reference and we will resend it.
If any link in your report is removed, becomes inactive, or fails to appear in Ahrefs within 30 days of your delivery date, we will replace it at no cost. Simply email support@backlinkindex.site with your order reference and the affected URLs. Replacements are processed within 72 hours.
For orders of 10,000 links or more, we deliver in daily batches to maintain a natural link velocity profile that is safer for your website's SEO. You will receive daily progress emails and a final consolidated report once all placements are complete.
