BacklinkIndex.site ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") is an online platform providing SEO backlink services. We sell contextual backlink placements on accredited academic institution websites (.EDU and .AC domains) to website owners, digital marketing professionals, and businesses worldwide.
By placing an order on our website, you ("the Client", "you") enter into a legally binding service agreement with BacklinkIndex.site under these Terms of Service.
We offer the following digital services:
All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods associated with any order.
Orders are placed via our online checkout form. You must provide accurate information including your target URL, preferred anchor texts, and a valid email address for delivery of your report.
All services are priced at USD $60 per 1,000 backlinks. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 backlinks. Orders must be placed in multiples of 1,000. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Skrill and IntaSend. By completing payment, you confirm your order and authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email receipt at the address provided. This constitutes your order confirmation. Keep this email for your records.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Large orders of 10,000 links or more may be delivered in batches over 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and niche complexity.
All orders are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. Your delivery report is an Excel or CSV spreadsheet containing:
We verify that all delivered links are visible in Ahrefs before sending your report. If a link is not indexed in Ahrefs within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no additional charge.
We guarantee all backlinks for a period of 30 days from the date of your delivery report. If any link is removed, becomes inactive, or fails to appear in Ahrefs within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
To claim a replacement, email support@backlinkindex.site with your order reference and the affected URLs. Replacements are processed within 72 hours of a valid claim.
The replacement guarantee does not apply to links that are removed due to changes you make to your own website (e.g. removing the target page, changing the URL structure).
If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order and work has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a cancellation, email support@backlinkindex.site immediately with your order reference.
Once link placements have commenced, we are unable to offer full refunds as work on academic placements involves third-party editorial commitments. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order in full, we will provide a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.
If you are not satisfied with your delivery, contact us at support@backlinkindex.site within 30 days of receiving your report. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate issues.

All content on BacklinkIndex.site — including text, design, images, and code — is the intellectual property of BacklinkIndex.site and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
The delivery reports and link data provided to you upon order completion are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold as a product in themselves.
Important: BacklinkIndex.site provides backlink placement services as described. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, organic traffic increases, or improvements in domain authority. SEO results depend on many external factors including Google's algorithm, your website's overall quality, and competitive landscape. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding SEO outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BacklinkIndex.site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
